Ouros

Difficulty : 1/5 (Easy)
Global : 1/5 (Decent)

Ouros is a relaxing puzzle game about creating shapes.

Each puzzle has a line you can bend and stretch in several places, and an orb that continuously runs through it. You have to use the numbers scattered around the screen so the orb passes through each of them in the correct order, creating elegant and satisfying shapes.

The game is divided into 11 areas, each one introducing a new gimmick such as additional points that need to be crossed or more lines to manipulate. It’s an easy game and no real thinking is required, though sometimes it can be a little bit confusing.
But yeah, a puzzle in area 11 is not harder than a puzzle in area 6… the difficulty curve is pretty much non-existent, the focus is only on the chill atmosphere.

I won’t lie, that’s not my type of puzzle game and I wouldn’t have bought it (I got a key to try it as I’m a part of the Thinky Awards jury).
Still, Ouros is well-made and isn’t misleading in the way it’s advertised. I’m just not the targeted audience and I knew it before even playing, so I’ve no reason to hate on it.

Recommended if you like relaxing easy puzzle games.
